Although McKesson does not "certify" any of the Home or 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista or Seven, Medisoft Basic and Advanced work well on these platforms for many of our clients.  We DO agree that the Pro or Business Versions should be installed when using Medisoft Network Pro or Office Hours Pro for Networks

Simple837 - ANSI5010 Clearinghouse - Additional Notes: If you get an error while registering your program, it may be caused by a permissions issue on the Simple837 Folder. To correct this,  you need to turn off User Account Control. Once the computer is rebooted, you’ll need to reinstall Simple837. If you still receive the same message at that point, you’ll need to go into the program files (x86) directory, and right-click the Simple837 folder, and go to properties. Go to the Security tab, and edit permissions. Give all users full control, including Creator Owner and Administrator. If that still does not work, please call our office and ask for tech support.
